Ricky Wiig
Having been in business for over 45 years, Ricky has been heavily involved with the Hawkes Bay construction industry. With decades of experience in Painting, Exterior Plastering, Waterproofing, and Resin Flooring, his skillset has continually shaped the overall direction of the company. Ricky is a LBP qualified Membrane Roof installer, a proud Rotarian, an Allnex Contractors Federation Life Member, active member of the Maraenui Golf Club, and an overall advocate for all things Hawkes Bay. Ricky enjoys spending time with grandkids, escaping to the batch, and is a keen golfer.

Matt Wiig
Matt has been with the company for almost 10 years, and over this time has been involved with all aspects of the business. Recently appointed a Company Director, Matt is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, focusing primarily on Resin Flooring/Specialist Coatings, Waterproofing, and overseeing the company’s Industrial clients. Matt is also currently on the executive committee for the Allnex Contractors Federation. When not on site with the boys on weekends, Matt enjoys Basketball, Golf, and a good glass of Hawkes Bay Red.

Lance Dawson
With a longstanding history with the company, and a successful banking background, Lance is the company’s Financial Controller. Lance has also been involved with the painting industry for a number of years, including a successful period as owner/operator of Guthrie Bowron Napier. Having previously been a partner in the business, and more recently as a full time Project Manager, Lance brings a wealth of experience with him to this role. In his spare time Lance enjoys snooker, darts, and spending time with family.

Carl Clements
The newest member of the management team, Carl has moved back to Hawkes Bay to raise his young family after successfully owning and operating the Dulux Trade shop in Sydney. With over 20 year’s experience in the Painting industry, Carl’s product knowledge and sales experience has proved a winning combination. Carl is in charge of the day-to-day running of all residential and commercial Painting and Kowhai Roof Coatings Projects, and is currently on the board of Hawkes Bay Master Painters. Carl enjoys Rugby, horse racing, and a cold beer in his free time.
Jo Wiig

Jo has been with the company for over 25 years, and during that time has been involved with the overall running of the office and accounts. Jo continues with this role today, and is an active member of the management team. Jo enjoys spending time with grandkids, a good book, and spending time in the garden.
